I am a singer/songwriter from the San Francisco area making music with people I love and sharing it with anyone I can. I've been called a "pop writer with a faith-based perspective..." I write songs about what matters to me, and am grateful to be making a living at it!!
I'm THRILLED about a new CD I'm releasing this month, Meteor Shower . It's been a year in the making, and it's loosely based around the theme of searching for traces of an extraordinary God in our everyday existence. like an astronomer exploring the night sky for signs of life from the word beyond. I wanted to write songs about the unanswered questions and mysteries of faith, and the delicate balance between longing for all that's yet to come, and resting in what is.
Stylistically, it still has the folky-pop feel of my past albums, but we broadened the soundscape with more lush, layered textures and infused some alternative rock, rootsy rhythm & blues, and even a hint of funk. I think the result is an eclectic, but soild pop album. We recorded at Dark Horse in Nashville and McPherson in Minneapolis, with Nate Sabin producing.

My other passion is the work I do with international relief and development organization World Vision.
