Taken out of context I must seem so strange...

About Me

"The one person who really knows me best, says I'm like a cat...the kind of cat you can't just pick up, and throw into your lap. The kind of cat who doesn't mind being held, only when it's her idea. The kind that feels what she decides to feel when shes good ... and ready... to feel it." -Ani Difranco

I edited my profile with Thomas’ Myspace Editor V3.6 !

My Interests

politics, religion, etc. Anything that can spark up a great debate. I'm also into Krav Maga now so you better agree with me ;) Movies & music is always good too...

I'd like to meet:

anyone with something intelligent to say. Just don't contact me and say anything like "Hey cutie you're hot. We should hang out." Save your cheesy, transparent and unoriginal pickup lines for the bars! On second thought, don't save them at all.As for randoms who want to bulk up their friend list to look like they're incredibly amazing and irresisibly witty, here's a tip: I don't want a million meaningless myspace friends! Don't send a request without even sending me a message first. Why would I become "friends" with someone I'd never spoken to?? If you think we'd get along and have interesting conversations, great. Initiate one. Otherwise don't try to be my pseudo-friend on cyberspace. Let's be honest-- there's no point.

Music:

Ani Difranco (obviously), Fiona Apple, The Beatles, Simon & Garfunkle, Alanis Morrissette, Anna Nalick, Pink Floyd, Bjork, Counting Crows, Billy Joel, Butterfly Boucher, Coldplay, Jim Croce, Matthew Good, David Gray, Delerium, Emiliana Torrini, Frou Frou, John Mayer, Jack Johnson, Janis Joplin, Joss Stone, Morely, Elton John, Natalie Merchant, Powderfinger, Christine Reilly, Rhett Miller, Sarah McLachlan, Syd, Tori Amos, U2, oh and all kinds of cheesy eighties music

Movies:

Sliding Doors, The Princess Bride, Memento, Airplane, The Game, Blink, Office Space, Dumb & Dumber, Tommy Boy, What About Bob, First Knight, Garden State, Eternal Sunshine, Napoleon Dynamite, Adaptation, The Sound of Music, The Wizard of Oz

Television:

24, Lost, Seinfeld, The Simpsons, Family Guy, Sex & the City, Scrubs, Arrested Development, Boston Legal

Books:

White Oleander, Franny & Zooey, Madame Bovary, Heart of Darkness, The DaVinci Code, Angels & Demons, The Lovely Bones, The Secret Life of Bees, The Red Tent, The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night Time

Heroes:

There's things I admire about people all the time... but I wouldn't say I have a hero. be your own hero.

Rain: The Beatles Experience

I grew up listening to the music of The Beatles... which is somewhat unusual for someone who was born over a decade after the group's last concert performance. I've collected all of their albums, seen...
