Hay everyone, if you’re reading this then I thank you and appreciate the fact that you are taking any time out of your day just to learn a little bit about me.My name is Mike but a lot of my friends call me Mimi. Some say that I am a black girl trapped in the body of a white boy. You know sometimes I feel that they may be right. Well one day one of my girlfriends was goofing off and call me Mimi and said that it was going to be my around the way girl name. From then on it just kind of stuck. Honestly if you knew me personally you would more then likely understand.I am 27 years old but I still feel like I’m 15. I love my life but I can’t believe that I am as old as I am. I still like eating fruit loops and watching old He-Man and She-Ra cartoons in my PJ’s, so it’s hard for me sometimes when I realize that I am an adult. I guess that comes from being the baby of the family.I am a person who tries not to blame my past for my future. I appreciate my heartache and understand that if it weren't for the bad times there would never be good ones. I feel that all my hardships and the devastation of the real world is one of the most useful tools someone can use in order to shape your strength and willpower. Most people that I have come across that have suffered in any form tend not see the beauty in what that experience can to your life. If you’re willing to use that negative energy to empower and in rich your life rather then destroy it, then you can live a more fulfilling one.I am a proud gay man. It took me a long time in order to be able to say that and really mean it without any feeling of embarrassment. I am someone who truly loves the fact that I am a homosexual. I use to allow other peoples opinions to stop me from being proud and admitting it with out feeling like I was a criminal of some kind. Like I was breaking some law that states that you have to die in shame and regret that you chose not to fit in with the rest of the world. Well I say fuck that!!!My most prize possession is the relationship that I have with my best friend. I have been a relationship with this girl for 12 years now and I must say that I don’t know what I would do if she ever lost an once of love for me. I truly feel that we are friends because we were born to be. She is one of the most genuine and loving people I have ever met in my entire existence. I love her so much and I hope that time will allow us to grow old together.
