Community Health Charities is a federation of America’s premiere health agencies that have partnered to raise charitable contributions in the workplace. CHC is also the country’s largest federation devoted exclusively to health, representing America’s most respected and well-known health charities. These charities share the common goal to end suffering of people afflicted with life-threatening and chronic disease. Because of your donations, the charities are able to work towards the gift of a healthy future to the people in your community and beyond.
