Sounds Like: a train, speeded up and put through a tubescreamer, then reversed with a bit of delay and some low-pass and then pitchshifted around a bit to create the illusion of melody, rewound to applause before being played back with extra bass and a nice classic sample for the kids to recognise if they've done their homework, decantered, put through the autoclave and then filtered through into some test tubes for an hour.
