So, this here myspace was initially used and abused in the name of promotion the webzine rise-and-shine.com. Unfortunately the poor wee thing has died a long and drawn out death but it has thankfully left behind it's loyal creator and general overlord who will now be using this here space as a way to keep in touch with great bands and good friends.
