Hello, one great interest of mine is physics. Specifically, physics at the smallest and most precise level...Quantum Physics. Here are a few WebSites, Books, and DOCUMENTARIES (easy to watch!) that I suggest to anyone who has the interest in knowing how our universe works on every level. If you aren't interested, well, quite honestly, it's because you don't know enough. Breakthroughs in Quantum Physics just since the 80's have been astounding, and WE AS HUMANS ARE NOT WHAT WE THINK WE ARE!!! And the Universe IS A LOT WEIRDER THAN YOU THINK!! Literally, astounding!!! Okay, so, I'll start with a few documentaries. Easier to understand, but slighty repetitious are the PBS Nova Series "The Elegant Universe." There are 3 in the Series. Explaining the same theory, not in as great of detail but with more, mmm, shall I say, intelligent dialogue, is BBC's - Horizon "Parallel Universes." Also, on a slighty different subject in physics, is a must watch by the Discovery Channel is "Unlocking the Mystery of Life (Intelligent Design)." If that doesn't make you trip, you are a! a! a! LAMEN! Yeah! I said it! Hehe. There is also the sleeper hit I'm sure most of you have heard of at one point, "What the Bleep?". Get the Quantum version. But don't let that be the only information you get, it's easy to digest material, in other words...not the whole story! Okay, you know, we're gonna start with that, because the major book I would refer to is already below, and I don't think ya'll are gonna read that much. So, start there, if you really need further reading material until I get more up here, try looking into articles and books written by Physicist and Author Brian Greene. And as far as websites go, try starting here. www.superstringtheory.com Pack a lunch before you visit that website, you'll be there for a while. There's TONS of information!! And it's a really great site cause it breaks everything down into basic or advanced. Groovy, huh? Well have fun my little physicists!! Learn and Grow!!!
I'd like to meet:
I am very open to the type of people I meet. I beleive everyone has something to offer and I like to keep my life diverse and exciting. My general rule of thumb is just to look for people with general positive attitudes; towards life, other people, and themselves. I understand feeling down in the dumps every now and then, but I prefer the company of those who can pull themselves out of the muck a bit quicker than others. The Law of Attration, of course. I am always looking for friends. Good, loyal, lasting friends. Which of course, if you provide, you will receive in return!! I am a good person, and a good friend to have. Yes, sometimes I'm crazy and have my fun and my mind is VERY OPEN, its like an infinite galaxy in there (!!), and sometimes I get in my own world and I can be spacy, BUT!!! Note the the BUT!!! Overall, I'm a really good person to have in your life, as long as I think your a good person to have in mine. In the end, it's a really great trade off. : )
Haha! Rock Me Homes!!! : )
Please feel free to leave a message on my fridge. : )
