I generally don't watch a whole lot of television but more so television shows on DVD such as "Family Guy", "Futurama", "The Simpsons", "Sealab 2021", "South Park", and "Blue Planet". That new series "Planet Earth" was f-ing rad! When I actually do watch television on enjoy watching anything on the Discovery or History Channel though I have been obsessed with "Heroes" and "It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia". I also dig "Curb Your Enthusiasm", "Little People Big World" and "American Chopper" (I'm serious). Though my favorite show is hands down "Antiques Roadshow".
