.In memory of our Beloved
I'll never forget the day the news came of Kurt's passing. April 8, 1994. It also happened to be my 22nd birthday. We had plans to go to a neighboring town to celebrate my birthday. Before leaving I only heard that a famous musician was found dead at his residence. Opon arriving home I heard that it was none other than Kurt Cobain. I was mortified. I just couldn't believe it. I cried forever. I still cry to this day. He killed himself???? It couldn't be. Over the years I have done some investigating of my own and I don't believe that Kurt was responsible for taking his own life. This page was started to honour Kurt and his legacy. I have hope that one day that Justice will be served and that Kurt's murder case will be reopened.
Where were you when you heard the tragic news about Kurt's murder???.

.On the morning of the 8th of April 1994 the body of Kurt Cobain was discovered at his luxurious Seattle home, by an electrician due to fit a new security system. The world was shocked. On the announcement of his death traffic stood still all over Seattle for hours and people were in disbelief all over the globe. The media in the western world went into overdrive as more and more facts and evidence about the supposed suicide poured onto our screens in the days that followed.Be sure to click the banner below and check out Tom Grant's site!

.Kurt was a gifted artist as well. Some of these pieces were shown in "Kurt & Courtney A Film By Nick Broomfield." A must see documentary.
MULTITALENTED ARTIST: This painting by the late Nirvana frontman Kurt Cobain was done on the back of a board game that Cobain bought at thrift store because he was too poor to afford canvas. The crease from the folding board is visible across the center of the painting.
Kurt always has a facination with fetus'. This picture is hanging in ex-girlfriend Tracy Mirander's bedroom in the "Kurt & Courtney" ..ary.
According to Tracy Mirander, Kurt considered this to be his self portrait. He always felt he was too skinny so he would wear several layers of clothes to appear larger than he really was.
Kurt created this as well. It's the cover for the Incesticide album. It contains the song "Love Buzz" which was Nirvana's first single ever released on radio.
I don't know the history or any information on the following art but I love it. If anyone out there knows anything please drop me a line. :o)
