John Martino ia a World Fusion Artist performing Indian style world music with a Western flair. This Idea is nothing new but what is unique about John's music is that he has taken a Fender 12 string guitar and transformed it into a sitar sound all his own. His debut album Leaving Paradise, showcases his unique talent and meditative style. John also plays a Sanjay Rikhi Ram Studio Sitar on this album and in his live performances.
John has also performed a short Sitar piece in the song " Tower Of Silence " on the upcoming Livesay Album " Awaken The Giant " be sure to check out this awsome Album when it comes out soon. When John is not performing on stage, he also provides healing Sitar Meditations. Currently John performs meditations for Montefiore Hospital and Beth Abraham in the Bronx, New York.
