About Me

So you want to know about me, huh? I guess this is where most people would sit and think of something witty, brilliant or completely awesome to put here. Perhaps they would talk themselves up and make a big list of why they're cool to get people's attention. I'm not going to pretend that I'm cool, because I know I'm not. So...let's get down to business and I'll share the basics. If you want to know more, feel free to ask and I'll share if I feel intrigued to do so.
Let's see, where do I begin? Well, my name is Margaret Jacqueline Lopez. I'm 23 years old and I was born and raised in Southern California. I grew up away from the city and in a town where "everyone knows your name". I guess you could say that I grew up in the 'country'. I spent part of my childhood living on my Grandparents ranch and the other half at another set of Grandparents, who also own alot of acreage. Needless to say, I love the outdoors and animals! You can invite me to go on a fishing trip anytime and I'll love you forever! I don't think that it's gross and I'm not afraid to get my hands dirty or camp out and catfish all night long. Some of my fondest memories involve staying up all night at nearby lake with my Dad and cousins, fishing the night away. Sometimes we didn't catch anything and other times we caught more than we'd expected.
Music is a really big part of my life. I love listening to music and going to shows. There's something about the art of music that is so intriguing. I support the local music scene and am a huge fan of independent artists. I like many different genres, but you can't beat good 'ol rock n roll!
I'm a sci-fi nerd. I absolutely love Star Wars . If you know anything about me, you know that I collect Star Wars memorabilia and my entire room has Star Wars stuff displayed. I even have Star Wars bedsheets. Yes, I know I'm a nerd and I'm proud of it!
I love to travel. I'm the type of girl who will jump in the car and drive to no place in particular, but stop if something seems fun or interesting. I take random road trips all the time and have been known to take some pretty ridiculous last minute trips. I love seeing new places and meeting new people. I can't ever seem to keep my feet still! People have told me that I seem to make myself comfortable wherever I go and that is totally true. Most people get homesick after a few days away from home, but I tend to be able to adjust pretty well and enjoy being in new places all the time.
I enjoy laughing...and this is a pretty ridiculously funny video....I love it!**WARNING: There is some mild cussing, so if you're bothered by it, just don't play it...**
