About Me

found this travel layout at HOT FreeLayouts.com :: MyHotComments Ol Gringo is a ...Single white guy, low maintenance, self sufficient, father, professional career, renaissance man, fix-it dude, bull shitter, crafty, picker (guitar, 5-string), cook, barbque, mountain biking fool, mountain man, cowboy, camper, philosopher, bi-lingual (Spanish), artistic, adventurer, pretty good hand with a rope, decent windmill man. Stuff that makes ol Gringo smile: the whine of a steel guitar, the far off sound of a passin' train at night, Collings guitars, a good old D model Martin that's got that mojo you can feel against your belly when you play it, a good handlin' gentle horse, a quite runnin' mountain bike tuned to perfection, a well seasoned dutch oven, buff single track, listening to the dogs barking at night at the vaqueros singing on their horses on their way home from the bar, fresh squeezed orange juice off the tail gate of a pickup at daylight at the train station in Los Mochis, chili rellenos cooked on the top of a 55 gal. drum at Divisadero, seeing the peaks of the Andes as the suns coming up. He don't like phonies or mean people, or a damn instrument that won't stay in tune.
