Children. People. I also love music, playing pool "billiards for the English", riding 4-wheelers, hanging with good folks, and the occasional moonshine bonfire with only the best of friends. Oh yeah, my BASS..
I'd like to meet anyone who shares a genuine love of life, that sees the bright side even during the dark, anyone that truly brings something positive to this world. I'd also like to meet everyone else, and when I do I hope that I was raised well enough to bring them the bright side they may not see for themselves. oooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo ooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooNo te to self: Self, don't get caught up in you. It is unbecoming and others are much more interesting. Be honest, be polite, and remember that perception is always law in ones mind, and your mind could be on the wrong track.
My personal influences as a bassist are FLEA, Tom Hamilton, Jack Bruce, Roger Waters, T-bone Walker, Bootsy Collins, and many many more... My favorite style of music is new alternative. I just like the emotion and feel of it. Old Mississippi blues greats are an interest of mine as well. It seems they put more emotion, better stories and a less technical structure into a great mix. It is easy to see how most of todays music somewhat evolved from that era and style. My New Toys
Movies are just a mental pacifier between good times. Until they make one about me of course. When they do make one about me, I hope you are in it too. No cousin Buddy, not that kind of movie..
UFC all the way! Grown men with something to prove is so damn Roman. It's like a history class. Speaking of History, I am looking forward to the next season of The Tudors also. The first season kept my interest nicely..
I can't read. Ok, I can read, I just don't have time for it with all of my hobbies. Unless of course it is a Musicians Friend Catalog, Recording Monthly, Pro Audio, you get the point..
My Heroes are everyone who takes care of their responsabilities no matter what they've gotten themselves into! Greatness comes in everyday tasks not in leaps over Grand Canyons.
