Fragrance should never be worn like a thick scented choker, where the scent emanates from the neck in strong blasts like a foghorn! Rather, it should sparkle like twinkling stars, where small bursts disperse here and there, they elude us, pique our curiosity and make us want more.MB
Once upon a time, I was a jazz/r/b critic. When I entered into the music business, I used to consult with musicians utlizing fragrances to get a buzz on stage or for creative inspiration. I have been a collector of perfumes since the age of four and a half with my first purchase of scent - Nina Ricci's "L'air du Temps".
Today,I am a Global Fragrance Expert and pioneer. Owner of Sixth Scents, a consulting company that specializes in personalized fragrance wardrobing based on psychology, body chemistry, fashion sense and environment. Currently consulting with the top leading fragrance global distributors utilizing 1,000+ prestige and niche fragrances with private clientelle and regularly featured as a special guest in major perfume events in global fragrance department and speciality stores around the world.
Other services include: Fragrance profiling, training, evaluations, writing, special events, endorsements for a new fragrance launch to the media or in store, Writing the fragrance course for the Canadian Cosmetic Career Association, COSA (best service in Cosmetics and Fragrance Retailers in Canada)and Canadian Fragrance Award Judge,(both Awards are produced by Cosmetics Magazine).
