Let's not write a third person rant here and pretend
that we're too cool to write this ourselves. You want
the low down? The skinny? The dirt? How about the honest
truth? Basically, we create music that we believe in
and we like to share it with as many people that want
to listen. And well...we love what we do. We know that
without friends and fans who believe in this as much
as we do, we are nothing. We know that we are crazy
to see live. (We've seen the videos). We DON'T know
what the future holds as far as labels and all that
jazz. We'll just keep doing what we do best and rest
assured that no matter what happens, we'll be rockin'
out somewhere. Our sound and our attitude towards this
whole band thing are both direct results of hard work,
an array of musical influences, and a bond that we hope
carries us for a long time.
We have opened for such great national acts as, Bleed the Dream,The Starting Line, Early November, Rufio, Mae, Motion City Soundtrack, Acceptance, Spitalfied, On the Receiving End of Sirens, Third Eye Blind, Vertical Horizon, Lovedrug, Sugarcult, Relient K, Cartel, Downtown Singapore, Silverstein, Valencia, Tokyo Rose, and the Pat McGee band.
The original print of "Our New Heaven" sold out, but we re-released it, re-mixed and re-mastered. Our new album, "The Scene is Dead", is a product of many months of writing and recording. This follow up album picks up where our last album Our New Heaven left off. Our New Heaven focused on taking a look at the world around us, where the Scene is Dead encourages us to do something about it. Now go buy some of our crap so we can eat. Silent Film loves you.
