Karen

I'm pretty sure that if a buffalo had wings, they'd be bigger than that.

About Me

I'm a big kid with an old soul.

My Interests

If it makes me laugh, then consider me interested.

I'd like to meet:

Sandy Cohen, Albus Dumbledore, the Mythbusters, Mike Rowe, and the dudes of Flight of the Conchords:.. ..

Music:

I've recently developed a music downloading addiction that usually starts with me wandering down a road of rock but then taking detours into other territories controlled by a wide variety of genres.

Movies:

I'm open to all sorts of cinematic adventures. It takes a lot for me to not enjoy a movie.

Television:

The OC, Family Guy, That 70's Show, So You Think You Can Dance?, Degrassi, Grey's Anatomy, House, Dirty Jobs, Studio 60, and Mythbusters.

Books:

My method for choosing what to read uses a highly structured system of finely tuned variables. Also known as the power of suggestion. Tell me I should read something and I'll probably read it. Or just mention it in a mildly intriguing light, and I'm all over it. I also read books based on their covers. At the moment I'm reading "How to Make Friends and Oppress People" by Vic Darkwood on my subway rides into work, and "The Road" by Cormac Mccarthy on homeward bound travels.

Heroes:

All the people whom I'll be telling stories about when I'm an old lady recounting my adventures of my younger years ... and earlier that week.
