Hello well my names Jarrad i was in born in Birmingham Moved too corsham wiltshire when i was about 10 pretty boring down here but i do a new urban Art called parkour been doing that for 4 years Parkour is not about showing off its not even about all the big risky jumps.Its about Learning more about yourself and how to overcome fear and try and find out why your afraid of doing something new.I have had one injury so far and that was a broken ankle and i was on cruches for a month and then i had to train really hard to make my ankle strong again.Currently im working on a video with mitzey what will be out later in the year and you will prob see me in many more videos

My Interests

well i like to go too bristol every sat to train with a great group of friends i like to drink now and then and try a backflip and see what happens.Play on the xbox 360 but most the time im out training i have improved alot in the past 4 years
