Oil'd & Ink'd is in its first year of operation. The main goal is to showcase pre '69 hot rods and rat rods as well as give amateur tattoo artists a chance to show off their skills with the pros.The 2008 Festival is scheduled to take place in St. Louis, MO. More information will follow as it becomes available as to the location, time and ticket price.So, if you are interested, leave a message or comment or just stay tuned.
