Very devoted to the fitness lifestlye, but in the off season (between bodybuilding contests) I probabley eat like anyone else just eat more often. I spend most of my time training eating or doing cardio (cardio come contest time that is). When I'm not workin my ass off (literally) I like relaxing with a movie eating or just whatever that helps me unwind from work and the gym. That qualified me to compete at the national level. I plan to compete next at the 2009 NPC USA Championships.
