Band Members: For nearly a quarter century, The Natural Echo Project has been the vehicle of musical expression for guitarist, singer, song-writer, recording engineer, and producer Timothy (Tim) Berndt. On these projects, Tim has been privileged (and humbled) to work along side world-class talent the likes of Russian-American folk rock pioneer Richard Mayer of ZA fame (flute; listen to "The 20-years Journey"), multi-talented instrumentalist and composer Pauli Haakenson (keyboards, synth bass & drums, and vocals), violinist Alison Wallace, keyboardist Ellen Doerfeld, whisperer Julie Geisler, vocalist Debra Maland, guitarist Beniam Baissa, percussionist Shubohd Upretty, bassist Kris Stauffer, percussionist Erik St. Louis, singer Jeannie Kapple, and recording technicians, assistants, and advisors Dave and Ann Aakre, Paul Berndt, Anne Rohach, Jennifer Denison, Paul Borman, and many others, who will eventually all be listed here.
Influences: Tim Rush, Kansas, Supertramp, Toto, Journey, Alison Krauss and Union Station, Rascal Flatts, Dan Fogelberg, Creed, Proto-Kaw, Kerry Livgren, Metallica, Judas Priest, Peter Cetera, Chicago, and Steve Morse, among others.
