Felony1 Records manifested its self in early 2003, for the sole purpose of establishing Northern California's underground artists and music scene to the world. Felony1 was built from the streets with its own blood, sweat, and tears to finally rise above all. From metal acts to hiphop acts and all genres inbetween, Felony1 is committed to repersent to the fullest, the best talents Northern Cal has to offer.
And watch out Westcoast, we're planning on taking over the Underground Music Scene all the way from Alaska down to T.J. including Hawaii.
Felony1 is founded and owned by a convicted felon and operated by felons alike, on the mission of smashing the system that has tried to hold us down. At the same time bringing to the spotlight the arts and talents of socities underdogs!
With over 300 shows and hundreds of bands under its belt at Felony1 Studios in Hollister, before closure due to city oridence violations, including 3 Felon Fests which could be describe as 12 hour rock/raves, that draw upto 3 thousand people to remote ranches in San Benito County. Felony1 is well on its way to the top.
Felony1 is planning to open its second venue/music hall in early 2007. Location to be annouced soon somewhere in the South Bay. Felony1 also books at The Lava Lounge and Club Octane, Monterey. The Park and Johnny Loves, San Fransico. Johnny V's and The Blue Monkey, San Jose. and a host of other Tattoo and Biker events yearly.
