If there ever was a man who could wear his life on his sleeve, it would be Antonio Delgado. Through the years, he has realized the importance of not taking for granted the lessons learned through heart felt peaks and valleys. This allowed him the time needed to grow personally and spiritually. It also gave him the time to attend his home church in Puyallup, Washington, Destiny Christian Center. This also gave him the much-needed source of replenishment that he longed for. During his hiatus, Antonio was able to focus on God and God’s will for his life. “I’m not the same man that I was before…I now see how the ministry God gave me should truly be.â€â€œFrom a very young age, I was encouraged to use the gifts God had given me, not for myself, but for the glory of God. Many years were wasted doing what I wanted. This is a mistake that many Christians experience…they try to do everything themselves, based on their own desires and what they think God wants. However, what we all need to do is seek God in all things. Pray His will for our lives and then wait for His instruction. We have to constantly check ourselves to find out what our true motives are and make sure that it is in line with what God wants. God wants us to need Him. If we can do it on our own, then it is not of God!â€Antonio has ministered in 48 states as well as throughout Canada and Europe. He has taught others about Independent Itinerate Ministry and has worked with Christian artists and groups on performing and concert bookings. He is a former staff writer for the world renowned Continental Singers where he wrote several hit songs and recorded vocals for their albums.God has used Antonio in churches of all sizes. He has performed in congregations of 15 and as many as 10,000. His concert venue not only involves churches, but also fairs, civic and convention centers, retreats and colleges.“Though I have had many accomplishments over the years, I want to make it clear that these opportunities were all blessings from God. None of these opportunities would have been possible without Him. I thank God every day for what He has done and what He continues to do in my personal and spiritual life.
