About Me
After 6 years, countless shows and tours, and three amazing releases, we have decided to call it a day on November Coming Fire.
We have spent the last six years playing with some of the best bands in the UK, and from around the world. We have always set a standard for ourselves with regards to the strongest work ethic, respect for people that we work with and the quality of the music we put out. This is something we will always be proud of.
We will, individually, be starting numerous new musical projects over the coming months, and we are all excited about the prospect of new beginnings and fresh experiences.
For those of you that know us personally, you will know how stupidly hard this has been for the four of us to actually do; NCF has been a constant in all of our lives for so long, to walk away from this is the hardest thing any of us have had to do, and we are all deeply upset that this part of our lives is over.
We would like to thank a few people that without them, NCF would not have been the amazing thing it was. John Midlands, Thom Violence, Scott White, Dan Burrows, Alan Dargan, Rob Hearts, Bill Edwards, Mark at InAtTheDeepEnd, Rich at Speedowax, Johan and Suzanne at Reflections, Jamie at ThirtyDaysOfNight, Ellen and Alex at Holy Roar and every single band we have played with and made friends with; all of you that have booked us, let us stay in your home, fed us, bought our record, and especially anyone that appreciated what we have been trying to say these last six years.
Our very special thanks go to Ben Phillips, for everything.
George, Ruari, Ross and Gareth.
In our 6 years on earth, we toured/played/fucked around with: Doomriders, Rise and Fall, Pariah, Bossk, Gallows, Lakes, Converge, Trencher, Torche, Peilcan, Baroness, Part Chimp, Dillinger Escape Plan, Cult Of Luna, Lords(US), Colisium, Cave In, Amen Ra, Daughters, Das Oath, The Red Chord, Darkest Hour, Cephalic Carnage, Bleeding Through, Yndi Halda, American Nightmare, Walls Of Jericho, Himsa, Panic, Sex Positions, Suicide File, Trial, Shai Hulud, The Promise, Champion, Hope Conspiracy, Terror, Eighteen Visions, Throwdown, Bring Me The Horizon, Enter Shikari, Thirty Seconds Until Armageddon, xCanaanx, The Break In, Humanfly, The Freezing Fog, WhoresWhoresWhores, The Deep Blue, Ed Gein, Phoenix Bodies, We Are Carnivores, Modern Life Is War, Tiger Army, Omerta, Attack Vipers, Orange Goblin, Send More Paramedics, The Nothing, The Legacy, Spitfire Down, The Last Chance, Steel Rules Die, Sworn In, Cutting Pink With Knives, The Cover Up ...... the list fucking goes on pal......
So go out and check out all of those bands, no matter how hard it is to get hold of, because thats what supporting DIY music means, not just walking into HMV and picking up what Kerrang just told you to buy, but to find amazing, underground music all by yourself.... go on, give it a go, you’ll be way cooler that way.
