About Me

I am a vampire. Joking, I am a pirate really! ;)OK, if you are going to add me, PLEASE message me first. Otherwise, I shall ignore you.Resevoir Dogs: "I'm very sad about that but some fellas are lucky and some ain't".MSN: [email protected]; yahoo!: emo_pirate_girl_df. I also have Myspace IM, so yeah, you can catch me on there too if you are unfortunate. On here too obv. but to think otherwise would just be stupid of you. Be ye warned, if I do not like you, I shall never talk to you again, and you shall get yourself deleted. However, seeing as most people are nice, you have little to worry about. :)Duncan: "No strobes- SMASH!"Me: "Davey can bitch slap whoever he wants. The chances are they deserved it!"My name varies depending who you talk to. Sometimes I am V, sometimes I am Vera, other times I am Nikki. Decide on a suitable name, and I shall answer to it.Stewie: "Hello, mother. I come bearing a gift. I'll give you a hint. It's in my diaper and it's not a toaster."My dad: "Grab him by the dreads and make him sign it."Hello. As you can tell, I love quotes... if you haven't discovered that yet, then I pity your simple mind. I have a quote for everything, and yes, I do tend to drive people mad with them. Thanks for taking the time to read this stuff, and thanks for looking at my profile... Hope I don't drive you insane ;)I exist.I guess the way to explain me the best, is through a bunch of quotes from various people, books, plays and movies. Those and songs which knock you off your feet with their awesomeness and their ability to sew themselves to your soul. I shall be updating this part of my profile a lot more I think, as I would like to add quotes to here a lot more than I have already. There are several quotes on my profile, but the ones to describe me best are those which I haven;t yet put on here."Not one of them who took up in his youth with this opinion that there are no gods, ever continued until old age faithful to his conviction"- PlatoMe: "Hit him with a granola bar!"Pulp Fiction: "I don't go party popping with the bubblegummers"I AM ADDICTED TO THE GUMMY BEAR SONG!!! It's not even funny, it is serious!!!Resevoir Dogs: "For the past fifteen minutes now you've been droaning on about names. Toby. Toby. Toby. Toby one. Toby one.Toby one. Toby Chung. F***ing Charlie Chang. I've got Madonna's big dick comming out of my left ear and Toby the... don't what comming out of my right!"I just warn you all- I do not talk about personal issues when I first meet you or start talking to you. If you want to talk about that, you have the wrong person to talk to. Starting a conversation with "oi oi" or "hi sexy" is not a ood way to geet someone for the first time. Speak to me like that, and you shall get a firm response, and/ or get youself blocked. Don't believe me? Try it!Me: "What has he ever done to you? Whacked you round the head with a 6ft leek?!"Me: "The west wing? Hmm, yes, so delightfully white trash don't you think?"I do not drink alcohol, I do not smoke, I am not interested in any form of mind-altering substances. To me, it is utterly disgusting and self destructive. There is a difference between hating yourself, and irresponsively killing yourself. You are only ever given one body, one mind, and one chance. Why waste that by doing something so horrible to ruin everything you have?!*Hippophobia is a fear of HORSES*Vampires are sexy. End of. I mean, c'mon... who wouldn't?!I have no idea why people ask "a/s/l". I mean, come on! It is Myspace IM! All this information is clearly displayed on this page. I would very much appreciate it if you introduced yourself first, and told me your name, not begin with something rediculous, like "hey sexy". "Sexy" is not my name. Also, it would make sense to actually CHECK the status thing, which will give you an idea of my relationship status. Durrr! I am blonde, and I am kinda stupid too, but even I know how to check the basic shizzle on here!

My Interests

Other than music,I love movies, magazines, mates... and some other stuff that doesn't begin with "m"! GO STRAIGHTEDGE, DF, 5C, GO VEGGIE OR VEGAN! I like all things Nightmare Before Christmas, hanging posters of Mr.Havok and AFI, generally being a pain in the butt to everyone I know, snow globes, glitter, trying not to have blonde moments (it doesn't work though), trying to work a computer, reading, cooking, cleaning *idiot* etc.Homphobes are gay. "If I say I don't care, what I really mean is that I care too much" -ME!!!"Do you ever get that funny feeling, that itch right below the skin? That itch down by your wrists that only a razor blade will scratch?" -Davey HavokBesides being a general pain to everyone I come across, I am extremely into academics. Please- for the sake of your sanity- do not get me talking about philosophy, theology, religion, literature or policics. Please. Anything that potentially wind up a debate, please do not go there. You will only live to regret- well, that is, if indeed you still WANT to live after I have had a discussion like this with you. I am pretty much a geek like that. If I am not on here or MSN, then the chances are I am either cleaning something with Mr.Muscle, or I have got my head stuck in a book.Jade Puget: "Can't the pancakes and lemons just get along?"I am straightedge. No, it is not a disease, yes, I wish it was contageous. Seriously, I don't think that I will ever understand why people would be so destructive to themselves. As mentioned, there is a difference between hating yourself and killing yourself. I wish I could understand why people drink, smoke and take drugs. Would you go ans swallow a bottleof bleach? Would you swallow dog- worming tablets? Didn't think so. If you think about it, those two things are pretty horrible, but so is the rest of the substances that you punish your system with. It will all kill you, and the problems, upset and broken families due to the use of drugs (including alcohol and cigarettes) are tragic. Think about it- there are people in parts of the world doing everything they possibly can to keep themselves and their loved ones alive. Others there are who take part in the drug culture of some kind, and kill themselves with poison and toxins. Maybe it is just me who cannot understand this, but if any of you read this, please keep an open mind to this. Straightedge means something different to everyone, but if everyone took the time to think about the welfare of both themselves and the people in their lives, then hopefully the more considerate ones will consider at least some aspect of the straightedge philosophy.

I'd like to meet:

My Maker.Me *when referring to Myspace friends*: "Yes, Marilyn Manson is my friend, and so is Natasha Beddingfield...I love both, but I probably should never mention both of them in the same sentence EVER again!""Someome who will love me for who I am. Not just 'Luvya', but 'I love you', regardless of what other people think of me,and the people who have said "Luvya" and meant, I can probably count on one hand and still have fingers left over.Alkaline Trio:"I wish you would take my radio to bathe with you, plugged in and ready to fall"I really don't think there is such a thing as too many times to meet friends. Thus, in this section, I shall inlcude my friends.Davey Havok: "outside the theatre the mall was filled with patrons adorning terribly disturbing footwear amongst other unfortunate garments. I definitely saw furry ugh boots with pastel, felt flowers on them along with some sort of oversized, flat brimmed ball cap that looked like a ding dong wrapper with little Yankees logos screened all over it. I imagine the same people dawning these atrocities thought I was some sort of cross dressing tropical bird so I suppose we're even."I guess I'd like to meet people that aren't complete idiots. That might sound harsh, and it may sound basic, but it would make a pleasant change believe it or not. I'd like to meet someone who can accept me, and talk to me- not someone who can pick me up when they want to and drop me when they want to. I might not be the easiest person in the world to love, but hey, even I am struggling with that! I want to meet people who I can help in someway or another, and I would equally like to meet people who can do the same to me. Me: "They wouldn't know good music if Havok slapped them round the face with a vegan granola bar!" (When moaning about the BBC not showing AFI.)It somewhat goes without saying that I would love to meet all the people I have quoted on here. Alas, I shall never meet Plato *durrr* but the rest of them I would. Stewie Griffin would be interesting... but I think I'll settle for meeting the script writer for that one lol. Who knows, perhaps one day I'll be quoted by someone. If you decide to quote me, please tell me, and I shall love you forever!..

Music:

CHECK THESE GUYS OUT. THEY ARE AMAZING!
.. .. ..THE GUMMY BEAR SONG!!!I don't think anyone can understand why I owe so much to AFI unless I have had endless conversations with them, and explained the reasons why "Ever And A Day" has sewn itself to my soul. Follow that up with "Sing The Sorrow", and you see me kneeling on the bedroom floor, with a razorblade in my hand, and blood stains on my clothing. Bugger that "MCR, the band to save your life" stuff, for me, it wasn't MCR, it was AFI, and I owe them more than I could possibly tell you.RIP EIGHTEEN VISIONS. I WILL MISS YOU LIKE I WOULD MISS THE BLOOD IN MY VEINS!!! AFI, AFI, AFI, AFI, AFI, AFI, AFI (though you'd have never have guessed! lol!), also absolutely in love with HIM- they rule! I recommend anyone to check out A Day Called Desire. Their music player is on this page, and they are in my top friends. Not only are they great musicians, they are also a lovely bunch of guys. Eighteen Visions are awesome too- their music makes me smile! AFI, A Day Called Desire, 18V and HIM will take over the world...! (Well, they would have done, had 18V decided not to split!)Angry rant time at Tom DF. He is COMPLETELY to blame for this. Seriously- how out of character is this for me to like?!" I don't know anything about music. In my line you don't have to." -Elvis Presley"I think I've always been bisexual. It's something I've always been interested in." -Billie Joe Armstrong One of the best bands around at the moment- check them out- they are amazing! 10/10 for A Day Called Desire! XXAlkaline Trio:"Red eyes and orange horizons, if Colombus was wrong, I'd drive straight off the edge"
Stone Sour Through Glass Lyrics ..

Movies:

"Half a cup Satanical, a teaspoon puritanical, stirr with a bloody hand. A quarter cup Messiahcal, a sprinkle of meniachal, now I'm a mechanical man!" XXXXX :D Yeh, that was from Live Freaky! Die Freaky- very good movie! Clockwork Orange, NMBC, Edward Scissorhands, Sleepy Hollow, Beetlejuice, Burton movies, The Laybrinth, Pirates of the Carribbean, Johnny Depp movies, The Crow, Dogma, Titanic (unfortunately), Faranheit 911, Bowling For Columbine, Bend it Like Beckham, Miracle on 34th Street, Tarantino movies, music DVDs, V is For Vendetta, The Crow and anything alse that seems interesting!Hunter: I have a poster of Adam on my bedroom wall Davey: We all have posters of Adam.

Television:

Hollyoaks, Scrubs, Simpsons, FAMILY GUY, Skins, South Park (when it is on), Father Ted, Vicar of Dibley, Friends, Will and Grace, Only Fools and Horses, My Family... and now- partly thanks to Ashleigh, and partly due to bordom, The IT Crowd too!"Can't the lemons and pancakes just get along?"- Jade PugetOh TV, I pretty much watch comedy. I'm not really into murder mysteries, but comedy... well, you can't beat it really. Every so often, and it's not often i stress, the matine movie on Channel 4 is good. There was one of them, made for TV, but was really moving. I cannot for the life of me remember the name of it, but if I could, I'd watch it every day. Another of them, which tickeled me no end, was one called "Mrs. Cauldecot's Cabbage War". Please, if you ever get the chance to see it, WATCH IT!!! You will not regret it in the slightest.

Books:

Classic novels- look out War and Peace, when I get the time, I'm gonna read it! A Clockwork Orange, The Outsider, brideshead revisited, The Picture of Dorian gray, and loads of Shakespeare! The outsider- always going to be my favourite though! I finished reading "Catch-22" - very good- highly recommend it! The part on the plane, which is constantly repeated, about helping the bombardeer is a classic. If not, watch the film, it is near enough I guess. The Green Mile is fabulous- it had me in tears. MR JINGLES!!!"I'm not that good with words, otherwise my closest friends would know things about me that I've never told them" - MeHere is the first paragraph from "The Outsider" by Albert Camus. I have left it in French, because it is such a beautiful language to have had the novel written in. Hope you like it: "La mère est morte aujourd'hui. Ou peut-être hier, je ne sais pas. J'avais un télégramme de la maison: la mère est décédée. Funérailles demain. Yours sincerely. "Cela ne signifie rien. Elle a peut-être été hier."

Heroes:

Davey Havok, Burton, Depp, Tommy Gleeson, many others- mainly those in the "I Would Like to Meet" section, but the members of AFI in particular- those guys are beyond fantabulous!!! :D People who know me this well are people to hang on to forever. Thanks- you know who you are!Alkaline Trio:"I've got a big fat f***ing bone to pick with you my darling. In case you haven't heard I'm sick and tired of trying"
