Professor Ass-Kicker

Run into the setting sun, run and suffer... but don't let it mess up your hair.

About Me

I live in a very boring, very flat, and very dry west Texas town. There isn't much to do here, so I work... a lot!

My Interests

Men, shopping, men, men, writing, men, singing, dancing, men, acting, movies, theatre, men, cooking, cooking for men, art (I've been teaching myself how to sketch), men, Neopets (I know it's the dorkiest thing ever, but it's adictive! If you are really bored and have nothing to do for an extented period of time, like during the summer, or when you are sick, Neopets is a great remedy!)men, decorating, holidays, family, friends, climbing trees, climbing men, driving (My red, standard, Ford F-150), problem solving, and talking, lots and lots of talking, oh, and men.

I'd like to meet:

As far as boy toys go, I'd like to meet someone really great. A good sense of humor is key, I'm not into arogance, or vanity. I'd like someone who is responsible, fun-loving, interesting, intellegent, someone who likes to read, a romantic, etc. Looks aren't esspecially important (hygene is!). I'm attracted to personality =)As far as friends, the same rules apply... sort of. =)

Music:

Oh god! Where to begin? Dave Matthews, The Feeling, Agustanna, Christina Aguilera, Regina Spektor, Maroon 5 (yay for the new album!), Foo Fighters, John Mayer, Jewel, Cold Play, Sarah McLachlan, The Fray, Blue Man Group, Audio Slave, Floetry, Thicke, U2 and several more!

Television:

Firefly (BRING IT BACK! SHINY?), Grey's Anatomy, House, Lost... My best friend got me hooked on InuYasha(hey look I even spelled it right), and now she is trying to get me hooked on a show call Bleac, which is pretty darn good. I really don't watch a lot of TV though. I've gotten sick of all the mind numbingly stupid TV shows like "I Love New York" and "Half Way House". WOULD SOME ONE PLEASE PUT SOMETHING WORTH WATCHING ON TV!? PLEASE! *dismounting soap box*

Ok, this display name comes from my best friends Father. We hadn't really been introduced, and he wanted to ask me a question, so he addressed me as "Miss Girl". Everything thought is was really funny...

What's in a name (1)

The Girl with the Broken Smile: This line comes from a great Maroon 5 song calls She Will Be Loved. I ususally like this song and don't have a problem with it, but the other day I was driving and...

A little inspiration for those who feel stuck.

Lately I've been feeling very depressed. I took some time to examine why I was feeling so down, and I realized that I felt stagnant, like I wasn't getting anywhere in life even thought I have a great&...
