Music is my first love and Dance is my second but November(2005), Dominic Ouryan knocked music and dance down the list and took the number one spot!! Yes, I'M A MOMMY AND I LOVE IT!!! Minus the sleep deprivation of course. In addition I believe that exercise/healthy eats is the fountain of youth. I have to stay fit! Lifting weights, swimming, and plenty of cardio is key! Now all I have to do is eat properly. Oh yeah and I also enjoy traveling and meeting new people. I used to be a Hotel Check-In sort of chick but now I don't mind roaming around outdoors, biking, hiking, white water rafting, scuba diving, and peeing behind a couple of bushes or two. Just kidding, that is, unless it's urgent of course. haha!
EVERYONE! Even if you're an asshole it doesn't matter because I'm POSITIVE that I can learn something from you...maybe even to stay away from you! Preferred Celebrities: Robert DeNiro, Jack Nicholson, Thandie Newton, & Robin Williams.
I listen to anything and everything. These days, a lot of Spanglish (99.1). So what is in my cd changer this month: The Pussycat Dolls (I LOVE EM! fun fun fun), Mana, Nelly Furtado (Hot Mama!), Don Omar (Much Respect), Lil Wayne (HOT), Danity Kane (I'm attached to #6), Mary J. (I'm infatuated with her lyrics), Tego Calderon (CHILLIN), RBD (Yeah, I'll admit it!), and KIOTTI (--my boy from that H-Town, spectacular...YES).
I can't explain it but I have this thing for violent mobster movies. From time to time I'll put in the popular attractions: Goodfellas or The Professional. When I have a lot of time to spare, I'll put in a Godfather movie. If I want to laugh hysterically, I'll put in that ever so wonderful, twitty Bridget Jones.
I enjoy watching Girlfriends (funny), Project Runway (where's andre? lmao), The Closer, NUMB3RS, Dr. 90210, Ugly Betty, ELLEN (she's hilarious and starts her show like I start my day...dancing!), Show Me Yours (humourous, sexy canadians), Desperate Housewives (silly girls), MSNBC, and just about anything on the E! & Bravo Channel.
My major requires much reading, so my brain is overloaded with literary text. From time to time I make sure to slide in a few personal interests. 'Self-Made Man' by Norah Vincent is a rollercoaster ride of words. Norah definitely makes it difficult for me to return to my schoolwork after an hour of reading. It only makes sense, being the Liberal Republican that I am, to be reading ‘110 People Who Are Screwing Up America’ by Bernard Goldberg. Informative reading material and I manage to find humor in it. A personal favorite of mine would have to be 'The Coldest Winter Ever' by Sister Soulja. I urge the college kids who have partied hard, studied hardly, and called their parent/guardian numerous times to wire more money to their account to spend it on...well, you know where your money went, to read: 'The Rules of Attraction' by Brett Easten Ellis. Brett Easten Ellis is an illuminous writer, so I recommend that you check out more of his publications. To those of you who study, perform, create, or even observe ART to read: 'Art & Fear' by David Bayles and Ted Orland. *enjoy*
