About Me

Cartonbox is Japanese rock band based in Tokyo. This three piece band mixes electronic beats, bass with highly layered guitar and beautiful vocal. Though it's sung in Japanese, it's distorted enough that it's hard to tell what language they are using. (kind of like Sigur Ros in a way) Cartonbox's currently doing live shows all over Japan and thinking of doing their first U.S. show before end of 2005. Their first album, "afterimage" got praises from many Japanese radio stations and magazines and they are currently readying their 2nd album to be released in 2005. We want people of various countries to listen to our CD. We look for a record label releasing our CD. Please send us an email.

We have released two albums and one mini album.
These 3 albums now available.
