awesome things to try out when at Gochi Fusion Tapas in Cupertino: any of the fusion pizzas, especially kurobuta miso and mentaiko kinoko; yuzu-citrus ceviche with the homemade potato chips; fried-garlic salad; renkon hasami (deep-fried lotus root with shrimp stuffing); chicken kara-age; any of the yaki-onigiri (grilled rice balls); and for drinks, try shiso leaf and grated ginger in an ice-cold glass of shochu. YUM!
