In an ideal LEADERSHIP the failure of its leader is the failure of its people! therefore FAILURE IS NOT AN OPTION! never let your guards down cause believe me someones cunning. Defeat is much painfull not in the arms of your enemies but in a man you called FRIEND. Yes its true life is worth living if you share it with the people close to you. But believe me EXPECT THE UNEXPECTED!. Peace is sweet but a wise leader prepares for war even in time of peace. Few are born fit to be a leader but most of them are made to be a leader.Theres nothing wrong if youre weak! sometimes fear can be usefull. if you fall? feel your defeat, learn from your defeat and the next you do is to THINK!, PLAN, REGROUP, and STRIKE HARD! believe me a single man defending his keep is much stronger than 10 invading soldiers. every move you make is for the record, a quick decisions is a suicide decision. To me a man can be considered as a failure if he him self admit that the war is over, pathetically lower his arm and say "I QUIT" if youre weak comrade you must not, u should not, u dont have to,u cannot and will not fail, to you FAILURE IS NOT AN OPTION!
