Zapp Royce often described as a rough diamond bought his saxophone when he was 24 years of age, he then spent the next year learning his scales practising up to five hours a day, he had messed around with guitar, drums and piano but never really seriously.
He then joined a band with two friends in 1988 & they set of to South East Asia to record an album in Thialand & Singapore, this album was called Mightier Than Mike, by The Big E.

I was thinking that it would be a good idea to maybe get an Island in Indonesia & try & protect some of the forest they are cutting down so that they can plant crops for ecological fuel!
