About Me

I am a super happy, open minded and thankful person!

My Interests

I love refurbishing my Mediterranean 1920's home, spending time with my sweet, hanging out with friends, my Blue Fronted Amazon parrot, traveling, working in my yard, shoe shopping (the best!), cooking, being artistic & creative, wearing flip flops, all things Italian, kicking ass in my career, guys with mohawks, comedy, music, the beach, hiking, beer (yum!), blah, blah, blah!

I'd like to meet:

Leonardo da Vinci, Michaelangelo, John Douglas (founder of FBI profiling), Dr. Wayne Dyer, Brian Regan (my favorite comedian), Christoper Walken (I need more cowbell!), and fun people that enjoy life and don't take themselves too seriously! Life is so short, live it happy and engaged!

Music:

Alice in Chains, Pantera, Metallica (old), System of a Down, Tool, Toots & the Maytals, Bob Marley, Burning Spear, Peter Tosh, Black Uhuru, Louie Armstrong, Charlie Parker, The Doors, Ice Cube, Ludacris, Run DMC, Sex Pistols, Gypsy Kings, Ottmar Liebert, Paul Van Dyk, The Crystal Method, Jimi Hendrix, B.B. King...I like just about everything but country & that 'smooth jazz' crap.

Movies:

What the Bleep Do We Know!?, Thank You For Smoking, Fight Club, Seven, Silence of the Lambs, Anchorman, Tommy Boy, Napoleon Dynamite, The Forty Year-old Virgin, Pay it Forward, Sixteen Candles, any and all Jet Lee flicks, Pulp Fiction, Best in Show, Zoolander, American History X, Natural Born Killers, Shrek, True Romance, Swingers, The Game, Office Space, Uncle Buck, & The Great Outdoors.

Television:

Flight of the Conchords, Curb Your Enthusiasm, The Daily Show, The Cobert Report, Ghost Hunters, Trauma in the ER, Sex in the City reruns, Dr. Katz, and basically everything on Comedy Central and HGTV.

Books:

The Power of Intention, What the Bleep Do We Know!?, The Quantum Brain, anything by Albert Camus and/or Kurt Vonnegut, The Sacred Heart (artistic photos of invasive surgery - man, the human body is remarkable!), The Man Who Mistook His Wife For a Hat, Journey Into Darkness, The Mind Hunter, The Mad Cowboy, Why Do Vegetarians Eat Like That?, & any books on interior design or do-it-yourself projects.

Heroes:

My mommy & my Gram! I also admire people who are HONEST (seems rare these days) & confident (not arrogant!) in themselves. I also admire people who have a 'Pay it Forward' mentality; the more you want happiness for others the more happiness you will receive!!
