Going to the cinema, reading newspaper suppliments, reading books (I have finally recoved from three years of reading 2 books a week and am reminded that books are good not evil), sitting with Jim, eating... but also AEROBICS (I'm leading the rival!)Watching TV, Wine and Pimms, Music... boys who play music, hanging with Ms. Crewe, sitting in the sunshine (roll on heatwave), adventures to see my far flung friends, wishing I someone would take me on holiday.
Most people, however no Emo's, nobody who thinks that they are 'crazy' or 'complicated', just normal's please!
Coldplay (Have liked them for years, pre-Yellow so that makes it ok... that's for all you doubters post 'middle-aged fans ruined it for everybody' turning point) Belle and Sebastian, Goldfrapp, Charlotte Church, Kings of Convienience, Blondie, White Stripes, Doves, Ben Folds Five, Elbow, Maximo Park, Franz Ferdinand, Razorlight, The Killers, Radiohead, Kings of Leon, Joanna Newsome, Willy Mason, Regina Spektor, Girls Aloud, KT Tunstall, The Zutons, AND Envy and Other Sins (of course) then throw in a little soul and tip top pop and we're good to go, any garage, rap, emo, drum and bass or hardcore and I'm on the bus home.
So much films!! I could go to the cinema every day. So much is my enthusiasm that I am even geek member of Film Club which means I get to see all sorts of new films from across the globe. Having recently acquired some beautiful black and white DVD's I have enjoyed them from my sofa and my all time favourite genre is the mighty Rom-Com, do not dare to question or feel my wrath.
TV heaven = Alan Partridge, The Office, Peep Show, The Mighty Boosh, Sex and the City, Extras, CSI... Las Vegas only... not that that makes it ok! Property programes particularly Grand Designs and Property Ladder (all hail Beany) Hollyoaks. TV hell = hospital programmes / dramas (with the exceptions of Scrubs and Gray's Anatomy), all other soaps after Hollyoaks, Most Haunted, Derren Brown et al, sport, daytime chat shows.
I don't have favourites but am now reading proper books instead of just Heat and Grazia so any recommendations welcome.
Anyone who is clever enough to have figured out what they want to do with their life.
