Licking the paintbrush, stringing the guitar, making art out of trash, or trash out of art depending on my mood. Trying to figure out how the hell those staircases work in any Escher pic, trying to understand the bare necessity of a strait line without a ruler, and anything else improbable but not impossible.
Anyone who still listens to music on a record player, the guy who invented penutbutter(Yum!!), Salvidor Dali, Steven Lynch, the entire gang of fraggle rock(Don't worry I know that they're puppets), more intelligent life forms, anyone who thinks that chess is a sutible hobbie, but not an obbsession.
Things I am listening to at this very momment: THE PAPER CHASE, MISFITS, POSTAL SERVICE(DEATH CAB FOR CUTIE), SMASHING PUMPKINS, ALLISON KRAUS, SYSTEM OF A DOWN, NIN, EXTREME, BEATLES, JOHNNY CASH, OTEP, and last but not least my cousin who's new album is called, weirdly enough, DERELICT FRANCHISE- DOKOTA ATE MY PAPER FLOWER.
I don't really get into movies as much as books but I do enjoy EMPIRE RECORDS, KEEPING THE FAITH, DOGMA, FIGHTCLUB, SNATCH, TRAINSPOTTING, THE DARK CRYSTAL, SUICIDE CLUB, DONNIE DARKO and BATTLE ROYAL
MR SHOW and FAMILY GUY enough said
I feel the need to read EVERYTHING but alas the goal has not yet been accomplished all I can say is that I recently just finished THE DOORS OF PERCEPTION/HEAVEN AND HELL and have now begun the tedious task of LES MESIRABLES( don't worry its the abriged version) with a little David Sedaris and Chuck Palunuck thrown in every couple hundred pages( you know for light reading)
Those people in our lives who make life worth living, those we love and more amazingly those who love us back.
