I'm a professional Martial Artist, which means I live a life of health and fitness, have spent most of my life practicing Kung Fu and living as a fighter.
Chinese martial arts are very diverse and are all labeled as 'Kung Fu'. This type of highly advanced training not only gets the student prepared for possible confrontations but also gives them confidence and a higher level of freedom in their lives. Another side effect of the training is that you feel very healthy and fit!
We all know that Kung Fu teaches a person the intricate art of self-defense, but there are so many health benefits too, a few include:
- Learn to stay calm during stressful situations.
- Better reflexes, co-ordination, balance & posture.
- Lowers fatigue and increases the Zest for life.
- Prevents many illnesses.
- A healthier mind, body and spirit.
