E Lyle

In the world of music that started out with Rhythm & Blues, it is evident by the decreasing number of male vocalist, that R&B music is not only at an all time low, but has been saturated and watered down by anything other than Rhythm & Blues. Born and schooled in the suburbs of Southern California, then moving to the home of Motown Detroit Michigan. E Lyle was bred of a family of musicians and vocalist, and was destined to be a great vocalist. With his vocal ability and love for original music, E Lyle hopes to join the ranks of those currently dedicated to authentic R&B sound. His great great grandmother was a vocalist in the late 1800’s. Also his grandmother taught music, played the organ, and sang in the church choir for over 34 years. Down to his mom who was a beautiful pianist and vocalist, more importantly a strong single parent of seven. E Lyle realized his love of music early on in his youth in elementary school. Playing in band from grades 1 through 12 helped deepen his appreciation for music. However it was in his elementary school choir while he and his class were singing in preparation for a concert, his choir teacher pulled him out to the front during the climax of the song. This would later be defined as his very first solo. Today, E Lyle has been on numerous TV shows thanks to the love and support of his assistant and beautiful wife Latina Marie Williams. Ranging from “Star Search", “Your Big Break”, and “The Apollo”, his performance won him a trip and a spot on the televised version of “Showtime at the Apollo” in Harlem New York. He also made it through to the 2nd round of auditions in Washington D.C. for the most watched show on TV today, “American Idol” to be told by Simon, “You have an excellent voice, just not what were looking for this season”. E Lyle has worked with many local artist like "The Hood Fellas", "Conway Family", and Papered Up Productions. "Melceliko and 40 Cal Records" and "Yoshi and Aktive Audioworks", E Lyle is also currently recording for his first EP (extended play) album. Working with "Aktive Audioworks", "iLLite Sounds Entertainment", and "23 North Productions". Recently E Lyle auditioned for “Making The Next Hit” a reality TV show hosted by the Chief Rocker Busy Bee and PIT, producer of “Party Like a Rockstar” by the Shop Boyz. With the chance of collaborating with other artist while being filmed in a recording studio, E Lyle made it to the 2nd round of auditions, which is a live performance in front of hundreds. This could be it.
