Yakir Sasson

Born and Raised in Tiberias, Israel , took the sax at age 11 and started to play classical saxophone until the age of 16 when the Jazz Came in , served at the IDF until age 21 and then returned to music at age 22 while studing at the jerusalem music academy unter the tuition of Boris Gammer. in last couple of years yakir participeted in several musical projects such as: ensamble 105, Double Space , P.Project , Boris Gammer Group and the latest project the Yakir Sasson Quartet.
