I am here for Friends and Networking

About Me

I'm a full-time writer and paranormal researcher. I take care of scary business - investigate ghosts, poltergeists, UFO sightings...anything that frightens the bejabbers out of most people. My colleague in arms is one Darren W. Ritson, who also has his own MySpace page. Earning a living by visiting haunted pubs and castles is as good as it gets, believe me. So there you are, then; you now know what I do for a living.

My Interests

Apart from investigating the paranormal, I also have an interest in Native American culture and spirituality. I'm a big Toon Army fan, love Rington's Tea and can't get enough of Rik Mayall and Adrian Edmondson in Bottom. I love Chinese food, can eat hotter chillies than anyone on the face of the planet, only use Wright's Coal Tar Soap, Euthymol toothpaste and believe that the Daily Mail and the Shields Gazette are the only two newspapers in the UK worth reading.

I'd like to meet:

Bill O'Reilly the Fox News presenter. I'd love to go head to head with him on the O'Reilly Factor, but as I agree with just about everything he says it probably wouldn't be much of a show. I think he's cool, and probably the best presenter currently on TV.I'd also like to meet met Uri Geller. I interviewed him some years back for one of my columns, and I'd love to meet him again. He's an amazing guy. Anyone who says he's a phony is talking baloney. I saw that guy do stuff with my own eyes that defies the laws of physics. He's amazing.

Music:

Oh, its got to be the Ramones. They're out of sight. I also like Cher, Blondie,ELO, the Pretenders, Outkast and Four Non-Blondes. See? I'm showing my age now.

Movies:

Rocky IV was good. I also like good ol' shoot-em-ups. For obvious reasons I like sci-fi movies like Alien.

Television:

I love anarchic comedies like Bottom, Blackadder and Little Britain. I hate American sit-coms, though.I also like the Law and Order series. Jerry Orbach was a brilliant actor, and so is Vincent D'Onofrio. On the factual side, I like Fox News. Sean Hannity rocks!

Books:

Where do I start? Okay, lets begin with fiction. The Far Arena by Richard ben Sapir has to be one of my favourites. Factual books? I like Richard Freeman's Here be Dragons, and Bill O'Reilly's Culture Warrior.

Heroes:

The late Maurice Grosse, Edmund Burke, Dr. Samuel Johnson, LeRoy Homer...I could go on. Give me time to think and I'll post a few more.
