About Me

I'm a Civil War reenactor who loves history. I'm the Captain and President of the 14th Regt. NYSM Co. E. "Red Legged Devils" I love the romance of the 19th century, the victorian ettiquette, and the honor of the people of that time. However, I also love the 21st century :0)
I love animals and the outdoors. I also am very interested in the supernatural and the metaphysical world. I would love to go on a ghost hunt!
I play guitar, self taught, and enjoy singing and writing songs. I'm also in the process of writing a childrens book.
I have always been interested in the Native American culture. I have a good friend, "one feather" who now lives in Washington State. He has taught me much about the ways of the Native Americans. It is my goal to one day do a sweat lodge and to also go on a vision quest. I thank Grandfather Creator daily for natures blessings.

I would like to meet the man that I portray from the 14th Brooklyn, Charles Teasdale. I have done extensive research on him and his family and have been fortunate to meet his direct descendant who has been kind enough to share excerpts from the diary that Charles kept throughout his 3 year enlistment.

Heroes:

My Son Frank Jr. I've watched him grow from a baby into a respectable young man. He has proven on many occasions that he possesses an inner strength that has helped him overcome some pretty tough times. He may not realize it, but I have drawn from his strength at times to help me thru my own situations.
