CARTOGRAPHY!, France, French, Brazil, Brazillian Portugês, Sénégal, Ancient Egypt!, Chili's (Staff and Food), Political Novels, Biking, Rollerblading (my most recent vice), Banana Republic, J-Crew, Brook's Brothers, English Grammar, Civilization IV (eventhough I still like III), Space and Time Travel(Cos they are apparently the same thing according the latest theories!), Plants (From a purely biological perspective--I abhor nature), The Internet, Comedy Central Presents Maria Bamford, Nick Swardson, Tom Papa and countless other stand-up comediens and comediennes, Pretty much anything... oh yeah... staying home--I hate going out, well, just to clubs--movies, restaurants... all okay in my book. And another thing, why isn't there a proper dash on myspace. It kind of irks me a little. "--" ain't cuttin' for me!
First of all, it's "whom" and... all kinds of people. Does no one speak English correctly anymore? I like people who know about grammar and how to speak correctly, but I like very diverse groups of people... which is why I end up having no friends because none of my friends can ever hang out together. My rich snobby friends can't/won't hang out with my coke head friends. I know, I dont understand either. Sometimes I can get a bit mean around crazy liberals and crazy conservatives though. But I still love you guys! I love people who can think for themselves. I want to actually talk to the people with whom I am friends. So, send me messages and things, too. Protestants beware!Até logo meus amigos. And them...
Any kind of Tribal Music that would be "survivor-esque", Baba Yetu, The Mamas and the Papas, Clint Black, Janis Joplin, Jefferson Airplane, Hair, George Strait, Hank Williams Jr., That song "Hung Up" by Madonna. My roommate and I would get down to that atleast three times a day... sometimes all in a row!, System of a Down, 3eb, Green Day, Kumar Sanu, Spice Girls, Alanis Morrisette, Céline Dion, Joe Dassin, Avril Lavigne, Jennifer Lopez, Shakira, Fernão Pinheiro, Tony Carreira, Cher, Incubus, Reba McEntire, Clint Black, The Dixie Chicks, Faith Hill, Fuel, Any Musical Track except for RENT, Everything but gangster rap and jazz: that's not really music! Okay, I've decided I like some jazz and some Bessie Smith - the best blues player ever. I also like to listen to Christmas music year-round. Hymns, carols... theyre all just soooo great to listen to even if its not Christmas. Is it wrong to make love to Coldplay in the background? I guess I really heart Country and Rock/Pop the most though. But EVERYTHING is soooo good! I'm also kind of a closet case metal head. But shhhh!
I love 99.9999% of all movies, so here are the movies that I hate (its easier that way). I effing hated The Majestic, A Christmas Story and Gili. But I guess some of my favourites are: AEon Flux!!!! Some Came Running, You've Got Mail**, Wuthering Heights, Shopgirl (Yeah, I like sappy love movies), My Fair Lady (Best Musical), Serial Mom, Romy and Michelle's HS Reunion (Best Comedy), Stargate (Best Sci-Fi), Mulholland Drive (Best Misc.), The Shawshank Redemption (Best Drama), Mean Girls, The Royal Tenenbaums**, Overboard, Le dîner de cons, Ridicule, Casablanca, and Un coeur en hiver. **Oh yeah, and if I ever find myself in a bad mood, this movie makes me feel good again although I don't know why, its just sooooo good! But Oh-em-gee, The Break-up was freakin' cry-your-eyes-out sad. Such a good movie though. The Lakehouse and... a lot of other good movies that came out summer 06. Last year was A TERRIBLE year for movies, but things are looking up!
Stargate SG-1, Stargate Atlantis, Battlestar Gallactica, I like to watch 24 Cable News (all the time!!), Family Guy (duh, that shit is hilarious) The Daily Show and The Colbert Report. A lot of people like Aqua Teen Hunger Force--personally, I didn't get it. Robot Chicken, however, it okay in my book.
Mostly non-fiction science, or fiction books that present themselves that way. My favourite books are The 21 Balloons, The Fountainhead, and Brave New World. I enjoyed each and every one of Ann Coulter's books! She's SOOO funny. Even if I don't agree with her on most of what she says, the woman is HY-sterical. Oh, and Guns of the South is really great. I mean, when those Confederate soldiers finally made it to Washington and burned the White House... tears... in my eyes. They finally made it! Fuck you Lincoln!
The most famous Hollywood Madam. She's soooo cool and soooo famous that if you type Hollywood Madam into any search engine, she'll come up. If you dont know who she is--well, I just cant imagine not knowing her and... well, she's just my biggest hero ever--seriously. Oh yeah, and Scarlett O'Hara. Arianna Huffington is the most brilliant lady ever next to Ann Coulter. She's my idol as well... And The Holy Spirit, St. Jude and my daddy is pretty much the coolest person alive.
