and there was much rejoicing!

About Me

I grew up in Atlanta but have also lived in London, Salamanca (Spain), Cleveland, Los Angeles, Amsterdam and Crete. I have been to Cuba, Tahiti, Fiji, Venezuela, Brazil (3 times), Mexico, Egypt, Turkey, New Zealand, Israel, Australia (twice), New Jersey (many times) and a few places in between. After a few careers (hotel management and journalism for starters) I chucked everything to buy and sell records (vinyl LP's). My store is called SOM Records and it's located at 1843 14th Street NW (between S and T) in DC 20009. Phone is 202-328-3345. Open every day from noon til late. Stop by and buy (or sell and trade).I DJ the best Brazlian night in DC at Cafe Saint Ex (14th and T Streets NW) every third Thursday under the alias DJ Neville C. Every last Friday I throw down at the Science Club (the best sound system in town). Last Thursdays find me cohosting with DJ D-Mac the Modernist Society monthly social at Bourbon. I also DJ parties, demonstrations, dog shows, riots and two weddings a year (must be referred). Enough I's let me hear about you.
