This solo effort had Yeow undertaking the songwriting, programming and even the music arrangements."The first album was an experiment. I was still finding my ground, pushing the boundaries and trying to prove what I could do and overcome what I couldn't do," says Yeow, 37. "This time, I've kept things simple."This Generation" offers much more, with much less. I've also welcomed great collaborations with fellow musicians and the result is something I hope will touch and inspire listeners. The songs are about life, experience and faith - because we all seek to be loved and understood."Also, I cut out all the clutter of too much instrumentation. It tells of a decadent generation. I'm no judge, just the witness.....," says Yeow.The more brooding songs like "Same Old Sky and "Run" question love, embrace solitude and provides ideas about the comforts of honesty.The glacial grooves of "Impossible" talk about turning what is impossible to reality.
