Anything groundbreaking. If it has caused me to look at movies in a whole new light, it's in my list. I hope i'm able to start up a classics collection. Movies that have been breakthroughs to me are... The Lord of The Rings Trilogy, The Matrix Trilogy... yes, all three you can be as upset you want to be, but Neo did what was needed to end the war and thus fulfilled his destiny, Star Wars, Spider-Man 1 & 2 Sam Raimi rocks, Saving Private Ryan, anything that was blessed enough to have James Dean grace it's film, Paul Newman is intriguing me as well Road To Perdition and The Hustler, M. Night Shyamalan, and then there are the films that are just great experiences... Monty Python, School of Rock, Hook, Fat Albert, The Spongebob Squarepants Movie, etc.
Not enough time as of current to watch T.V. However when I do it usually consists of American Chopper, Mythbusters, Monk, Teen Titans, Cowboy Bebop, Trigun, basically anything on Adult Swim or the discovery channel, or the History Channel... I prefer the real world, not the show, but the real world. Real events, real people's lives, not manufactured ones.
Currently working through several... The Bible, The Secret Message of Jesus, Velvet Elvis, The Chronicles of Narnia, I just bought Paradise Lost. I have an interest in anything deemed classical literature.
