Michael Koepke
A memorial service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 15, at 1670 Linden Ave. in Springfield for Michael Koepke of Eugene, who died Dec. 5 of cancer at age 52. A wake will be held at 5 p.m. Dec. 29 at 355 River Road.
He was born Aug. 17, 1955, in Corvallis to Jerome and Blanche Koepke. He married Vickie Martinez on Aug. 26, 1995, in Eugene.
Koepke graduated from Churchill High School in Eugene and attended college. He worked as a carpenter for 33 years.
Survivors include his wife; his parents; a son, Nic of Washington; two stepdaughters, Chevonne Chavez of Eugene and Channan Young of Springfield; a brother, Niel Koepke of California; and eight grandÂchildren.
