Apostle Stanley E. Rooks

Apostle Rooks was born in Detroit,Michigan and raised in Buffalo,New York. He now resides in Memphis,TN with his wife and son. He began preaching the gospel at the age of thirteen years old in many churches across the city of Buffalo and have devoted his life and ministry to fulfilling the Great Commission of Jesus Christ, "Go Preach the Gospel to every creature and to teach all Nations, Baptizing them in the Name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Ghost." His mission has been to bring every Man, Woman, and Child who will listen into "A Life Saving Alternative"-transforming encounter with Jesus Christ. His preaching/teaching style is unique, eloquent, dynamic, exciting, and animated. He is divinely anointed, empowered, and endowed with charismatic(supernatural) gifts of the Holy Spirit. Actually, all nine of the gifts of the Holy Spirit, found in (ICOR 12:4-11), are manifested through him at various times[This is one of the qualifications of an Apostle].He was ordained in the Church and began to do the work of an Evangelist.He has preached (conducted many evangelistic crusades) in many cities across this nation as well as served as the State Evangelist of the Central Jurisdiction of The Tennessee Church of God in Christ under Bishop W. L. Porter. He's the Senior Pastor of a growing church,Ram in the Bush Christian Center.Which is located 1871 THOMAS RD. Wherein the duties of the pastoral ministry are shared with his devoted and beloved wife, Pastor Janice Rooks.
