Were born in 1986 (Mikhaelyan Arthur) and 1985 (Blagodarnyy Vadim) Their passion to music as a creation work started from learning to handle the sequencer "Fruity Loops" A love to an electronic sound was inculated in them by the monsters of lifless sound - Prodigy. In 2002 guys sarted to familiarizate a local clublife, taking a great interest in electronic sound, in particular in works of Junior Jack, Eric Prydz, Armand van Helden, Tiga etc. Starting as a dj's, guys quickly came to create their own music. First experimental works had trancey sound. When they recieved an approval from best people of city's dance stage, guys started to conquer neighbouring towns. A great deal in produsing of their tunes, Overset drew from musician - produser Astropilot. 2005 was marked with birth of interest to house music, which made a start to Overset DJ's project. Their debut took place in Bunker club (Novosibirsk) Thanks to laborious work of Arthur and Vadim, in 2006 the project was noticed by German label "The Amused Records", and as a result of hard work in the same year, there was recordedtheir first record "On The Dancefloor", which was released in the beginning of 2007 including the remixes of such electro monster as Bee-Low and Zombie Zoo. During 3 weeks the record was taking the leading position in Sales Chart on Decks site. EP had a good replies from musicians and DJ's with great names like Tube & Berger, Noir, Jochen Pash, and appeared in charts of John Digweed and many others. Took place an acquaintance with DJ and produser Noiz, who offered at once a colaboration with Send Rec, Resived Rec, Click Rec. Right after that, releases "Detonation" (Resived Rec), remixes on Dj Stranger - Requiem For a Dream and 2special - Electro Voice. Noiz makes an offer to remix his tune "Gentle Motive". The cossaboration with Ukrainian labels (Send Records, Resived Rec, Click Rec) is going on at the present times. More Overset are collaborating with such Russian artists as Bram and Astropilot. As a result of such collaborating was a remix on Bram - Change Your Life, released on Pangea records (USA)
Tune "Amsterdam", recorded with Astropilot, was released on vinyl 2007.10.01 on Amused records (Germany) It includes such tunes as "In My system" and "The Blink". This release had a hood replies from Nick Clark, Noiz, Bram and others. Extending Their Horizons, Overset are conquering larger space in the world: guys recieved an offer to collaborate with Danish sound recording company "Faderz Fecords". The last achievement was an inauguration as a residents of Bunker club (Novosibirsk), that went off in live sound to whistle, applauses and shivering of a dancefloor during the whole live set, absorbed with piercing rock'n'roll vocal of Metropoliz and amazing guitar playing of PepperGum. Perhaps everyone, who attended Overset's perfomances, will confirm, how strong the air is saturated with the feeling of happiness an how uncompromissingly guys are charging with positive everyone, who could hear a little, but sticking in their memory part of guys' perfomances.
