My Knight in shining armour....
Actually, I have met my knight in shinning armour...he is as chivalrous as a knight and has qualities that surpass all that I have ever met in my opinion. I know that we were brought together for a reason, and that my heart just overflows with warmth for him and his family. This relationship is rewarding and I thank my blessings every day that we are still in it. He has become my muse...my confidant...my partner in my journey that I am now venturing to walk. He is like the good soil to my seeds. Having him in my life can only promote beautiful fruit...lol! (I can see all of your faces now trying to figure this analogy out). For those of you who are thinking WTF...the soil analogy was taken from a parable Jesus used in the book of Mark. In general, my boyfriend Ryan, inspires me to want only good. He doesn't always think he is all that, but he is. If he wasn't, I would have never put him in along with my heros. He is all I have ever prayed & hoped for.As far as prospective new friendships, the following are who I would realistically want to meet:I would like to meet people who don't just talk the talk, but can walk the walk. People with substance who can share the same interests and views life as an adventure to embrace with strength and courage. Someone who can rejoice in each moment and find beauty in even the smallest things. People who have compassion and virtue. I just want to establish healthy, non-complicated, loving relationships. My definition of a genuine person is someone who can stand by their word. (I am an advocate on the subject of mutual respect!!! "Do unto others as you would want done unto you"). Friends are essential in life, so I don't believe in burning bridges unless the foundation of that bridge was never solid to begin with... you know...if the friendship had no truth or substance. All those who have been in my life, know that you have touched my heart in some way and I have been blessed to have you there.THE MAIN REASON I AM ON MYSPACE: I am trying to re-establish my cosmetics business formerly known as "Devina & Co." I am an on location Make up artist/artist. I can make a beautiful face or painting. My art work generally consists of human form/still life done on canvas. My medium is usually acrylics, but I do enjoy using pencil and charcol also. As for my make up expertise.....I like the electricity of working with Models & Photographers on photo shoots and fashion shows.
