Helping with community and college events, reading, fun people, good guitar and drum playing, candlelight, chocolate, the beach, good company, good conversation, education, relaxing, good food, air shows, arts festivals, rodeos, talking during "free time" on my cell phone to family and friends around the country.AND... I LOVE TO LAUGH!!!These two videos are of Josh Blue, last summer's Last Comic Standing winner. Another video I couldn't embed from YouTube that truly shows his best stuff, can be found at this link:( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Mh-xOzrEvvw )Now, without further ado....Josh Blue!!
Tough question! So many for so many reasons, but I'll try to narrow it down... Cher, Celine Dion and Tina Turner. They are all very strong women. Cher will wear anything I'm afraid to wear and Celine never forgot her roots (family) once she became famous. Tina got out and made it on her own, despite Ike's previous tormenting. Leonard Nimoy - there'll never be another like "Spock"! Ok, any Star Trek actor/actress, they all rock! I could name more, but I'd just bore you. Might I add: Josh Blue!! He's so FUNNY!!!!
First of all, Music is my life - love, pain, celebration, memories, fun times, family, theme songs (songs I claim as my life themes), relaxation, something to sing to while I drive, adrenaline pumper, culture experiences, my own cultural roots. I truly believe that music is a universal language!!Music (classical, Celtic, world, rock, pop, r&b, jazz, alternative, country, bluegrass, and a few other assorted genres).Favorite bands/artists include: Dayfall, Sent By Ravens, From Never, Billy Currington, Cher, Celine Dion, Sean Paul, Cross Fade, Nickelback, Creed, Rhianna, Papa Roach, Black-eyed Peas, Eminem, Emerson Drive, Rascall Flatts, Lonestar, Shania Twain, Enya, Celtic Woman specials on PBS, as well as others. Like I said, I'm a musical mutt.

Any CSI and other crime investigation shows, sit-coms (i.e. Friends, Steve Harvey, King of Queens), some PBS specials are good too! Especially "Celtic Woman"! Even the Brit-coms are fun!
Of the books I've ever read, mostly in High School, I'd have to say that "Brave New World" and "The Scarlet Letter" are a couple of my favorites. Also, an occasional romance novel with a historical or sci-fi concept will catch my attention.
My sister; anybody helping women and children get out of abusive homes; friends "who are there"; people who stand for justice and truth and aren't afraid to be their own person.
