Anybody thats good at being themselves, is amazing to me!

About Me

Well what can I spew out to define the mess that is me. I'm probably guilty of taking this ride far too seriously and sometimes feel like Im suffocating in my ignorance. To quote Virginia Woolf (I know how painfully emo right?) The beauty of the world has two edgez, one of laughter, one of anguish, cutting the heart asunder." Im a bad man who has enough heart to want the the good guys to win. Un grand homme de taille moyen. Je ne suis pas Buddha, mais je cherche pour la fin de la souffrance pour tout le monde, malheureusement je suis peut-etre pas assez doue, desole hein.-- I think everyone should be able to tell a joke so: Three mice are sitting at a bar after the funeral of a fellow mouse, killed by an 80-year-old lady with a broom, trying to impress each other about how much tougher they are. The Texas mouse throws down a shot of bourbon, slams the empty glass onto the bar, turns to the California mouse and says, "When I see a mousetrap, I lie on my back and set it off with my foot. When the bar comes down, I catch it in my teeth, bench press it twenty times to work up an appetite, and then make off with the cheese." The California mouse orders up two shots of tequila, drinks them down one after the other, slams both glasses onto the bar, turns to the Texas mouse and replies, "Oh yeah? When I see rat poison, I collect as much as I can, take it home, grind it up to a powder, and add it to my coffee each morning so I can get a good buzz going for the rest of the day." They both turn to the New Jersey mouse. The New Jersey mouse finishes the beer he has in front of him, lets out a long burp and says to the two, "I don't have time for this BS". Gotta go home and have sex with the cat."--One last thing, I have no idea who this Caveman guy is, I like his art sometimes and sometimes I really hate it. I take pictures of the art and put them on myspace, sometimes I feel so close to the artist that I actually wake up with paint stains on my clothes, its a weird joke because Im still so in the dark as to where this art comes from. Please help me find him, show him the light that will lead him out of his cave, I don't think the good people of this world have anything to fear from him, but I would be carefull when trying to enslave this raw spirit, he seems to be a primitive human and human nature can often be violent. I think he is just looking for freedom, I think he wants to find love, but maybe he is too primitive to understand that love isn't in a cage or a cave, but in his heart when it is open, his heart is the only thing no other man besides himself can shackle. To all the Cavemen of the world look in your heart for the savage instinct you have in yourself for survival, but please try to realize that we need to evolve, maybe one day we won't have to smash on each other. Maybe the man of tomorrow will be better than the modern caveman of today.--AWARENESS: The veil of illusion, or maya, that has been keeping you from perceiving reality as it is, is starting to burn away. The fire is not the heated fire of passion, but the cool flame of awareness. As it burns the veil, the face of a very delicate and child-like buddha becomes visible. The awareness that is growing in you now is not the result of any conscious "doing", nor do you need to struggle to make something happen. Any sense you might have had that you've been groping in the dark is dissolving now, or will be dissolving soon. Let yourself settle, and remember, that deep down inside you, you are just a witness, eternally silent, aware, and unchanged. A channel is now opening from the circumference of activity to that center of witnessing. It will help you to become detached, and a new awareness will lift the veil from your eyes.

My Interests

Life in general, beautiful and ugly, I like finding things that glow in the dark. I'm in to new neurological pathways, and the people that help to open them. Or some silly stuff to sound smart. Stuff I do: I breakdance, Im a professionally trained chef, I'm Esalen certified to do massage, I practice yoga, and I paint. I'm currently going to school to learn French, and I would like to bring about world peace, but until then pe a c e co mes in p ie ces. <a

I'd like to meet:

All forms of existence are of interest but in particular Kali, Joey ramone, Santa Claus, Poppa Smurf, Smurfette (for a couple of thems shroom houses Id ice out Gargamel no problem) a few porn stars, circus freaks, ghandi fo sho, graffiti writers, breakdancers, but no rappers(I know enough of them) the love of my life, the love for right now, the thundercats, any past incarnations of myself, Freestyle Fellowship, the free wheeling Bob Dylan, your mom, Joel Robuchon, Auguste Escoffier, Paul Bocuse, Guy Savoy, Marilyn Manson even though Im not a fan of the music so much, you, French peeps, a dog that can talk, and some folks that that are down to dance oh and maybe anybody who hates me, but is willing to give me a second chance, and my spirit animal, I really hope its not something lame. Oh and if there is anybody who is actually better looking than their profile suggests I'd like to meet these people as well, every girl Ive ever gone out with from myspace has turned out to be crazy good at photoshop or just an undercover chubby, and while I dont have anything against naturally big people, be honest about it with yourself and the world. Ohh, Id like to meet an honest politician. Anybody that wants to be painted on! People who appreciate how precious life is.

Music:

If it makes me feel I like it. If I can dance, or make love to it. I like it! Can you dig it? I probably dont fit in to any specific scene, and I like lots of varieties of music. I have a ridiculous collection, my itunes has like 2 monthes of music, seriously.

Movies:

The Motorcycle Diaries, Ray, Napolean Dynamite with all his great skills c'mon, Pulp fiction, Magnolia, Taxi Driver, delicatessen, Le fabuleaux destin d'Amelie, La cite des Enfants Perdus, Akira, Rushmore, Royal Tenenbaums, Fight Club(read the book), L'Esquive, Lost in Translation, Transformers the Movie, Apocalypse Now, any Muppet Movie, Labyrinth, Bruce Lee, anything Miyazaki Moebius, Hero, Legend, Wild Style, Style Wars, La Femme Nikita, LOTR they did justice to the books sides from leaving out Tom Bombadil, Hellboy, La Mechanique Des Femmes but Im not sure if thats how they really work but then again maybe no man ever will?, Ali G In da House, almost anything Stanley Kubrick, Roman Polanski, Michael Moore's films, La Vita E Bella, Le Centre du Monde, Whats Eating Gilbert Grape, most documentaries (they can be more sedative than smoking pot and they're good for you) so many others that I can't think of.....................

Television:

I find television very educating. Every time somebody turns on the set, I go into the other room and read a book. Only exceptions are for documentaries or learning language on foreign channels , or watching South Park but other than that no TV. HBO doesnt count either because its not TV, but since I live in france and dont have some sorta giant satelite at the flat, Im frazzled on that one, so it don't matter. Actually fuck a TV, what?

Books:

Yes I can and do read, and when I do I'm cracken the cover of one of these.Cooking Books particularly The Professional Chef, ou Le Guide Culinaire, comic books, bande dessiner, Tibetan Book of the Dead, Tibetan Book of Living and Dying, The Bhagavad Gita, The Upanashads, anything Chuck Palahniuk, The Tao, Love's Executioner, European Travel Books (Frommers, Lonely Planet I dont desciminate) The French Dictionary, To Kill a Mocking bird, The catcher In the Rye, Swift's A Modest Proposal, The Bible, Alice in Wonderland and the other Lewis Caroll books, JRR Tolkein, CS Lewis, Aldous Huxley, Stanislav Graf, lots of Hunter S. Thompson, Jean Paul Sartre, Legends of the Fall and other works by Jim Harrison, Kurt Vonnegut, Dante The Divine Comedy, Ben Mezrich Ugly Americans, Dalai Lama, Laughable Loves The Unbearable Lightness of Being Milan Kundera, A Moveable Feast Ernest Hemmingway, The Journal of Anais Nin, Bertrand Russell(particularly The nightmares of Eminent Persons) probably other stuff too?

Heroes:

The solutions to the problems we face today cannot be solved on the same level of thinking we were at when we created them." Albert Einstein Jesus, and all the other Buddhas. The people responsible for the Kinder Bueno. Clark Kent, but not so much Superman. Charlie Brown, Randy Couture, Dad, and Mom. People that work for the Peace Corps, et cette yogini ARIA sur mon myspace, mais moi meme j'ai quelque super pouvoirs, c facile d'etre superhero il faut juste affronter la peur, matriser sois meme, et sauver quelque personnes d'une mort certain chaque jour, tu vois c facile comme le bonjour.------------------This guy-----------------and this guy----------------and for sure this guy------------------------------but not these guys---------------
