Long Beach Native Young Hu$tle aka Young J dropped out of highschool at an early age the streets took over his teachings and there he learned about drug dealing, gangbanging & other ways to make money. Music always played a role in his life, like parents it was something he could always turn to. By the age of 15 Young Hustle began recording out of his apartment off DJ turntables to make tapes. He handed them out to people in the neighborhood and with all the positive feedback he was getting he then realized that his hobby could one day become a career.
At 17 Young Hustle met up with The Oowee to make the duo Hustle Buck$. They then made their first album "The Hustlers Ball" their names started to become known in the cities that surrounded them. Attending award shows, opening up for various artists, and performing at their own shows became a main focus in Young Hustle's life. With the support they were getting they dropped their first mixtape titled "Game Impeccable" with tracks from producers like Bosko, Justice League & many others and shot the video "No Game 2 Me" in 2003. From 2004 to 2006 he continued to make mixtapes and flooded the streets with over 30,000 copies.
In 2006 Young Hustle & The Oowee got involved with Mr.Holloway and then collaberated to make 90008 Block. They Spent Countless hours working on material and performing. Everyone involved became some what of a family, chassing the same dream. Their first mixtape "The Kush" became a West Coast Classic. Artists featured on the mixtape were Kurupt, Ice Cube, WC, Mack 10, & Snoop Dogg to name a few. The West Coast super group got noticed fast. It was a great oportunity to take his career to the next level. He had the chance to watch, learn, and work with some of the best in the industry. He gave much respect to everyone he worked with and they gave it back.
In The beginning of 2008 the contract with 90008 Block ended and they went their seperate ways.Throughout theese early stages in Young Hustle's career he accomplished many things and now is the CEO of his own label Go Hard Entertainment.
Also the creator of Dollarworld.tv which is a online street channel that gives you a up close and personal look on some of todays biggest names and underground talent. As well as several music videos from old to new, updates and interviews from streetball to street boxing. Luxory to some of the unluxory of politics in the rap game aka The new age dopegame.
Founder of "Go Hard Streetball" with basketball star K Money from the harlem stars, the new age Harlem Globetrotters. Traveling around the globe doing shows and performances getting much love and support.
