Women who behave rarely make history.

About Me

I'm an intellectual deviant; a lover of the strange, perverse, unusual, and controversial. A purveyor of useless knowledge and obscure facts, I love meeting new people that may contribute to my random cache of thoughts. My interests are varied - gaming (all of it, from Euchre to D&D to WoW), philosophy, religion, music, literature (reading & composition), tattoos (have them, want more), mythology, and much, much more. And, of course, I love to discuss and debate any one of those topics.

My Interests

Crystals have been known throughout history to be terribly wicked creatures, with a penchant for booze and tattooed men. Be wary, they possess that which is known as "contagious laughter"...

I'd like to meet:

I have a great love for meeting new people...just not the stupid ones.

Music:

Metal. But I can find something good in all music except for most rap and R&B.Play me some:Aerosmith (older stuff), Anthrax, Apocalyptica, Avenged Sevenfold, Black Sabbath, Cancer, CoC, CCR, Dethklok, Doobie Brothers, Dragonforce, Hatrix, Helloween, Iron Maiden, Johnny Cash, Led Zepplin, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Manowar, Megadeth, Metallica (older), Misfits, Muse, Nightwish, Overkill, Pantera, Rhapsody, SoaD, Testament, Voltaire, White Zombie...and I'm a happy girl.

Movies:

A great many...Exclude any random chick flicks, or any of these new & generic slasher films. I am becoming quickly disenchanted with the recent 'horror' flicks that have been plaguing cinemas. Oooh, you torched her eyeball. Now what, you un-inspired fuck? What happened to the films that made you afraid of the unknown, rather than suspecting that your neighbors are mutilating hitchhikers in their basement with random contraptions while wearing some retarded fucking mask and laughing with an absurdly high-pitched voice? Seriously. Fucking Leprechaun in Da Hood had more originality than some garbage flick like Hostel. Do not mistake me for someone that can not handle gore - I just prefer to watch an imaginative death ala Hellraiser versus some garbage like The Watchers.

Television:

Ghost Hunters, True Blood, Flight of the Conchords, Carnivale, Rome, Dresden Files, How I Met Your Mother, Family Guy, Heroes, Metalocalypse, Buffy, Angel, Sarah Connor Chronicles, and random Food Network shows (mostly those that do not include Bobby Flay, as he is not human), Twin Peaks.

Books:

I adore fantasy/sci-fi books above all others. I love it when the ordinary suddenly finds that they have become extraordinary. Hence, my taste in books...Homer (The Iliad & The Odyssey), Michael Moorcock (anything Elric), Sergei Lukyanenko (The NightWatch series), Stephen King (The Talisman and Dark Tower Series especially), Tracy Hickman & Margaret Weis (DragonLance & the Death Gate Cycle), R.A. Salvatore, J.R.R. Tolkien, Frank Herbert, J.K. Rowling, Anne Rice, Dean Koontz, Peter Straub, Clive Barker, H.P. Lovecraft, and a plethra of others.

Heroes:

Anne Bonny, Mary Read, those responsible for The Force Unleashed, and all drummers that exercise their god-given right to rock a fucking double bass. (Lars, I have heard this new album, and have come to the conclusion that you should contemplate this... on the Tree of Woe.)
